What Is A Total Idiot?
Many people wonder what the meaning of IS is. IS is the formula "Ignorance plus Stupidity" when determining the mental competence of an individual. The maximum point total for each category is 50. When a person receives a score of 100, they are considered a "Total Idiot". People can receive a score of 51/50 and be declared crazy.
